What Size Lab Coat Should You Order?
A lab coat is not sized like a scrub top, because it is worn over one.
Size over the layer, not the body
A coat that fits over a t shirt will pull across the back over a scrub top and a fleece. If your team wears layers in a cold ward, size the coat one step up from the wearer’s scrub top size.
Length matters more than you expect
Coats are cut to different lengths, and the same nominal size can vary between them. Check the length stated on the product page before ordering a run.
Use the same size run, shifted up
The mix below is what we ship across all garments. For lab coats specifically, shift roughly one step larger to allow for the layer underneath.
