Do Scrubs Run Big or Small? Sizing a Bulk Order With Confidence

The honest answer is that it depends on the cut, which is why a size chart alone will not save a large order.

Unisex versus women’s cuts

Unisex styles are cut straighter and more generously through the shoulder and hip. A women’s cut in the same nominal size will feel closer through the waist. If your team is mixed, the unisex run is the safer default for a first order.

Where a style runs large, we say so

Some styles carry it in the product name. Where a cut is known to run large, that is stated on the product page rather than left for you to discover after 200 pieces arrive.

How to protect a large order

• Order a sample first. Single sets are available on our retail store without a minimum. One set costs less than a wrong 200 piece run.
• Weight the middle. Small, Medium and Large are 61% of everything we ship.
• Do not embroider until the fit is settled. Plain unworn items can be returned within 14 days. Embroidered items are made to order and cannot be returned.
